Convenient location and lovely neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it was located near the train station and had easy access to transportation. The neighborhood was pleasant and calm - I felt safe walking around even at night. Additionally, the hotel rooms were clean and tidy, giving me a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making my trip even more enjoyable.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. My experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I can't think of anything negative to say.

The hotel is in a peaceful and pleasant area, with easy access to Hirai Station. This made getting around Tokyo a breeze. the serene surroundings made for a relaxing trip. Another great feature was the reasonable prices offered throughout our stay.
The management could have been more welcoming and accommodating, especially when we encountered some issues with our reservation. The lady manager was rude and unhelpful, and even performed a haircut in the middle of the hallway one day, causing an unpleasant experience and discomfort.

The staff's knowledge of foreign languages needs improvement, which might cause communication hurdles for non, Japanese or non, Chinese speakers.
